Template notice for the site owner: this page is a well-structured starting draft, not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by an attorney. Have counsel review and adapt it to your jurisdiction, your actual data practices, and your coaching agreement before you publish. Delete this box once reviewed.
The short version
I collect the least information necessary to reply to you and to understand what's useful on this site. I don't sell your information, and I don't run advertising trackers.
What is collected
- Information you give me. When you submit the discovery call form or subscribe to the newsletter: your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you select, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Basic analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, and device type.
- Technical data. Standard server logs, including IP address, recorded by the hosting provider for security and reliability.
How it is used
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call.
- To deliver the newsletter, if you subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful, so it can be improved.
- To meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded.
Service providers
This site may rely on third parties to function, such as a website host, a form or email delivery service, a scheduling tool, and a privacy-conscious analytics provider. These providers process data on my behalf under their own terms. Replace this paragraph with the specific vendors you use.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses a small amount of local browser storage to remember that you dismissed the privacy notice. Analytics, if enabled, may set a cookie or equivalent identifier. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. You can clear or block storage in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
Coaching conversations
What you share in a coaching session is treated as confidential and is not published or shared without your written permission. Please note that coaching is not a licensed profession and does not carry the legal privilege that applies to therapy or legal counsel. See the Coaching Disclaimer for detail.
How long information is kept
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain a working relationship, and are deleted on request. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the information held about you.
- Ask for correction or deletion.
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
- Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
