Your life shouldn't just look successful. It should feel like yours.

You've built the career. Handled the responsibilities. Shown up for everyone else. Somewhere in there, the most important question got quiet.

So — what do you actually want?

Discover Your True Passion is personal and professional coaching for people ready to move beyond autopilot, reconnect with themselves, and intentionally create what comes next.

Where you are

You're not lost.
You've just outgrown the version of
life that got you here.

Nothing has to be broken for something to feel off. Most people who reach out are doing well by every external measure — and still spend Sunday nights wondering how they ended up living a life they never quite chose on purpose.

"I know something needs to change — I just can't name it yet."

The restlessness is data. We start by decoding it instead of ignoring it.

"I've accomplished a lot. I'm still not fulfilled."

Achievement and fulfillment run on different fuel. We find yours.

"I have too many ideas and no clear direction."

You don't need fewer ideas. You need a filter and a first move.

"I'm scared to start over."

Fear is usually pointing at the thing that matters most. We work with it, not around it.

"I don't recognize myself anymore."

Years of being what everyone needed will do that. It's reversible.

"I know I'm capable of more."

Capability was never the issue. Clarity, structure, and accountability are.

If any of that sounds familiar, you're exactly where coaching can begin.

The shift

From surviving your life
to actually designing it.

You don't need someone to tell you who to become. You need the space, the questions, the strategy, the accountability, and the outside perspective to reconnect with the person who already knows.

Meet Jody Fulton IV

Coach. Creator.
Strategist. Builder.

I've spent my career at the intersection of technology, creativity, leadership, and communication — building programs for global teams by day and building things of my own on nights and weekends. Books. Music. Companies. Ideas I couldn't stop thinking about.

Which means I know the specific quiet that shows up after you've hit the goal. The promotion lands. The thing you worked for arrives. And instead of relief, there's a question you didn't expect: is this it?

That question isn't a crisis. It's an invitation — and most people face it alone, at 11pm, with a browser full of tabs and nobody to think out loud with. That's the room I hold.

My coaching combines empathy with strategy. I'll give you space to process, and I'll also ask the direct question you've been avoiding. We'll work on what's true, then we'll build something you can actually execute — with real accountability, not vibes.

I'm not here to tell you what your life should look like. I'm here to help you get clear enough to build the one that actually feels like yours. Jody Fulton IV

What we can talk about

Career pivots and leadership. Relationships, confidence, and identity. Personal reinvention, entrepreneurship, creative ambition, life transitions, and purpose — the strategic questions and the human ones, in the same conversation.

Who I coach

This work is for you if…

i

Successful on paper. Unsure what comes next — and quietly tired of pretending otherwise.

ii

iii

The dreamer with too many ideas

You don't lack ambition. You need clarity, sequencing, and execution.

v

The person who lost themselves

You've spent years being everything for everyone else. This is the part where you come back.

vi

The builder

You have the vision. You need confidence, structure, strategy, and someone who won't let it stall.

The signature framework

The True Path Method™

Five stages. Not a formula — a sequence that keeps us honest about what comes first. Select a stage to see what actually happens there.

How coaching works

Clarity isn't magic.
It's a process.

Step 01

Discovery call

Thirty minutes. We talk about where you are, what's working, what isn't, and what you want next. If coaching isn't the right fit, I'll tell you that too.

Step 02

Define your vision

We name the transformation you're actually after — and what's standing between you and it. Usually it's less about circumstances than we assume.

Step 03

Build the strategy

Practical goals, decisions, boundaries, and behaviors. What you'll do, what you'll stop doing, and what "on track" looks like week to week.

Step 04

Execute and evolve

You move. We reflect, adjust, and keep the momentum honest. The plan changes as you do — that's the point.

Jody helped me separate what I wanted from what everyone around me expected. Within weeks I had more clarity about my career, my relationships, and what I wanted my next chapter to look like.
Aisha M.Atlanta
I came into coaching burned out and second-guessing everything. Jody has an incredible way of asking the question underneath the question. I left every conversation seeing my situation differently.
Danielle R.Washington, DC
I'd spent years convincing myself I was happy because everything looked successful from the outside. Coaching helped me admit that success without fulfillment wasn't enough anymore.
Emily H.Chicago
What makes Jody different is the balance between empathy and accountability. He gives you space to process — and he won't let you hide from what you already know you need to do.
Claire B.New York
I had ideas everywhere and direction nowhere. Jody helped me turn all of that ambition into an actual plan — and more importantly, helped me trust myself enough to execute it.
Marcus T.Houston
Working with Jody helped me understand that starting over wasn't failure. It was permission to build something that finally fit who I'd become.

Two-minute self-assessment

What's keeping
you stuck?

Eight questions, no email required, no scorecard theater. You'll get a plain-language read on the pattern that's most likely holding the next chapter in place.

The philosophy

You don't need a new life.
You need a life that
feels like you again.

You're allowed to change your mind.

You're allowed to outgrow people, places, careers, and versions of yourself.

Starting over is not starting from zero.

You already know more than you think you do.

Clarity often comes after movement — not before it.

Peace is a form of success.

Questions

Before you book,
you probably want
to know…

What exactly does a life coach do?

A coach helps you get clear on what you want, understand what's in the way, and build a plan you'll actually follow. Practically, that means structured conversation, better questions, honest reflection, strategy, and accountability between sessions. I'm not there to hand you a life. I'm there to help you think clearly enough to choose one.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy is licensed clinical care. It often works with the past, with healing, and with diagnosable mental health conditions. Coaching is not therapy, not mental health treatment, and not medical care — it's forward-focused work on goals, decisions, behavior, and direction.

Plenty of people do both, and they complement each other well. If something comes up in our work that belongs with a licensed clinician, I'll say so and help you think about next steps.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching tends to work when you're functional but stuck, when you want something to change, and when you're willing to be honest and do the work between sessions. It's a poor fit if you're looking for someone to make decisions for you, or if you're in acute crisis and need clinical support first. The discovery call is designed to sort this out honestly — including telling you when the answer is no.

What can we work on?

Career pivots and leadership. Purpose, identity, and confidence. Relationships and boundaries. Burnout and rebuilding. Entrepreneurship and creative ambition. Major transitions — new city, new role, new chapter after something ended. If it's shaping your direction, it's on the table.

How often do coaching sessions happen?

Most clients meet every week or every other week, with sessions running about 50–60 minutes. Intensives like the VIP Clarity Session are a single longer block. We'll set the cadence based on what you're working through and what you can sustain.

Can we work together virtually?

Yes — most coaching happens by video, and it works well. You'll want a private space and about an hour where you won't be interrupted.

Do you coach people outside Atlanta?

Yes. Atlanta is home, and in-person sessions are available locally. Clients outside Atlanta work with me virtually, across time zones. We'll find a standing time that works for both of us.

What happens during the discovery call?

Thirty minutes, free, no pitch. You talk about where you are and what you want to be different. I ask questions. By the end you'll have a clearer read on your situation whether or not we work together — and if I'm not the right coach for it, I'll tell you and point you somewhere better.

Is everything confidential?

What you share with me stays between us, and I don't use client details publicly without written permission. One honest caveat: coaching is not a licensed profession, so it doesn't carry the legal privilege that therapy or legal counsel does. There are also rare situations — such as a serious risk of harm — where I'd need to act. I'd rather you know that up front than assume otherwise.

How long do people typically work with a coach?

Three to six months is common — long enough for real change to take hold, short enough to stay urgent. Some people come for a single intensive around one decision. Others stay on longer through a big transition. There's no lock-in; we revisit whether it's still useful.

Please note: Coaching is not therapy, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice. Jody Fulton IV is a certified life coach, not a licensed therapist, physician, attorney, or financial advisor. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a licensed professional or, in the U.S., call or text 988.

The next step

Your next chapter doesn't have to look like your last one.

You don't need the entire plan today. You just need the courage to ask yourself what you really want — and to take the first step toward it.

No pressure. No performance.
Just a real conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
